Emeril’s E2 was located on the ground floor street-front on Levine Avenue of the Arts, below the uptown Mint Museum and directly across the street from the Knight Theatre and Bechtler Museum of Modern Art.  The restaurant was a pioneer “Headliner” restaurant tenant in Charlotte’s Wells Fargo Cultural Campus, opening in 1st generation space in January 2012.  E2 Emeril’s successful run in Charlotte lasted until April 26, 2015, when it closed due to coming major construction of a 42 story apartment tower on top of their building.

The Philadelphia Interior Design firm of Floss Barber, Inc. was lead designer for Emeril’s. David S. Tobin represented Floss Barber Inc. as Architect-of-Record, providing field verification, design review, local regulatory coordination, Construction Administration and on-site design coordination.
